New Pool Installation - or lack thereof

WHAT A HASSLE! SERVICE FROM MIRROR POOLS LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED. THEIR SERVICE LEFT US WITH NO SMILE AND ONLY FRUSTRATION AND STILL NO POOL… We hope no one needs to go through what we have. In August 2021 we indicated the pool specifications we wanted and received confirmed in writing from the Director of Mirror Pools before we paid anything. She then confirmed that the pool will be done between 10-18 working days. Today, more than 3 Months later we still only have an unfinished concrete shell in our garden which we are unable to use. This after having paid more than 90% to them as part of the agreement After making the last large interim payment, the Director turned around and said that the agreed upon specifications what we want are more expensive and that is not their standard specifications. This is not what we agreed to. There has been no urgency on Mirror Pools‘ side to complete our pool. We only received a lack of communication, lack of service and an unfinished pool from Mirror Pools.

Subsequently we parted ways and a third party is completing our pool.
