Threaten to destroy mirrors that's been 50% paid and ruin my business inside due to not paying the 50% balance because my complain was flat ignored for 2 weeks!!!

The Instagram handle is @mirror_ornaments_za . To start off, it's incredibly difficult to get hold of them to just a quotation and answering phones or responding to WhatsApp messages. And seeing the reviews written about them on their Facebook profile is also all bad reviews, which I only see now.

I purchased 2 mirrors with LED backlighting from them. After 3 follow ups of when delivery will be they finally deliver. First they deliver the mirrors with glue stuck on them that we managed to get off with delicate scrubbing and without the lights. The delivery guys also reeked of alcohol which was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional and I was immediately put off by dealing with this business.

Then they said they will deliver the lights on Monday only, next moment I get a call on a late Saturday afternoon without prior arrangements, to deliver the lights in 20min, I was working late which was fine but I had to ask the building security to stand with me as women alone did not feel safe with these guys that first reeked of alcohol when they delivered the mirrors and also all businesses around me on the late Saturday afternoon was already closed.

They test the lights by quickly sticking it in and out a 2 point plug which seemed fine at the time. They did pull all the lights out a dirty bag and the lights were all tangled up and just taped the plugs onto the strings, it seemed very skeptical to me and I even asked the guy if these were used lights as it all seemed very dirty.

The Monday we had to install wall cladding where the mirrors will go on and then Tuesday when we tried to install the lights we realized the plug is actually broken and the 2 point plug physically broke off inside the adapter. I immediately send them a photo and message that the plug broke off.

To which they flat ignore and I had to find an electrician to get the broken plug out my adapter and also fix their broken mess. They ignore me for 2 weeks and then all of sudden want to show up and fix the mess and then demand I pay the rest and while we are in a disagreement about them not fixing their problem and ignoring me they threaten to "break them and ruin everything", which I have screenshots off, which I can assume means ruining everything within my business, when I already paid 50% of the mirrors and was delayed in paying the other 50% due to them ignoring my complain! Then they threaten to post me on their social media and publicly post all my contact information and my address which is against the law to share private information without my consent.

I haven't dealt with a more unpleasant and unprofessional business in my life than these guys, absolutely disgusting treatment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
