They ****med me!

The mirror they delivered was scratched with black and it was gold. I ordered a free standing mirror and they taped it down to my floor! When I complained, the owner said he will get back to me he didn’t until a week later and promised his staff will come fetch it and fix it. They didn’t come to fetch it. He promises quality but it’s such terrible craftsmanship for the price. He promised a refund and now blocked me. He ****med me. What he advertised is not what I got! He got my money and ghosted me!
