NIGHTMARE

I ordered a garment in July. It arrived in August. DHL asked me to R1500 for customs even though I was promised delivery to my door all expense paid. My garment cost R1999. I paid R2200 with delivery. I had to return this garment, having not even seeing it. This was nondisclosure. Mirraw should have told Me I will charged Customes. Having asked them as well. My friends have ordered from Mirraw previously and never paid customs, it arrived at their door. Now Mirraw won't pay me back, as I have returned this back via DHL. Absolute nightmare. Wedding is over as well.
