Bunch of ******!! Placing an order with them and paying, only to find out you cannot follow up on any orders, they are sending you in an endless whatsapp/email loop! I usually read reviews before buying from a company, but slipped with them. Money gone, no products or feedback received. Horrible service. I cannot believe they still advertise and catch people like this. ********!! STAY AWAY....

I haven't received my Order at all. When I send an E-mail, the Reply is to use the whatsapp no.....And when I send a whatsapp the Reply is to use the E-mail address ??????????

I placed an online order on the 9th October with their 48hour delivery service. I paid online. I did not receive the order. They emailed me and referred to a WhatsApp number which refers you back to the *** email Which my emails are not being responded to. Do they even exist? It's seems like it's a ****. 🈲

They emailed me and referred to a WhatsApp number which refers you back to the *** email Which my emails are not being responded to. Do they even exist? It's seems like it's a ****. 🈲

I have not received my order for the eyelash serum within the 24 to 48-hour delivery window promised in your correspondence. My attempts to resolve this have been hindered by conflicting instructions to contact either *** or *** support channels, and I am concerned by the lack of resolution and the continued receipt of promotional materials. Could you please clarify the status of my order?

Company is a complete *****. The 48h delivery promise is BS! I ordered the whitening strips on the 11th of October 2026 hoping. Today is the 16th, the only progress on the order is 'we're preparing this order'. No one responds on the ***, the whatsapp line directs you to the ***. There is no call line.
