Be warned and beware they cheated me out of my money

This company advertised a face product which reduces wrinkles at no cost for first bottle. all you had to do is pay for shipping. The product in question is NU YOUTH ANTI AGING and NU YOUTH ANTI WRINKLE. I made payment and got attached note from them on 28th July 2017 ( five weeks ago and no product has been received). I have contacted them several times but I get the same reply at all times that your order has been approved for the NO Cost Jar but nothing happens. Then they send me messages that I asked to close my account. By the way a week after I paid using my credit card, there was a ********** transaction on my account which I did not do and I stopped the card immediately. Coincidence? Judge for yourself. Be warned and be alarmed regards this company
