Disappointed Customer

I ordered bras on promo buy 2 get 1 free on the 24th of July 2020. I was meant to receive between 7-15 days. If there are delays due to shipping issues its up to 30 days but its been 36 days. No communication whatsoever. I sent an email to query how far is my order. The tracking email was in Chinese so I could not read. My issue is communicate if you have challenges in a language you used when you sold me those goods. I am very disappointed
