Aggressive behaviour and poor service!

Very poor service and use of bad language! Waited almost 2 weeks for Alan to make a booking at Florida and then he pays someone to do the booking and then tells us to get the receipt somewhere in Kagiso on the day of the test!! All this after being payed for a service! When questioned about why he waited until a few hours before the test and wants the client to drive around started using the P*** word and was swearing his mother and his sister who was going to do the test. After having the phone conversation he sends voice messages to the client non stop and swearing under the belt! Be careful as this man could be very dangerous and has a huge aggression problem.
