Unprofessional and only after your money

Mirage real estate are not professional. They secured tenants and didn't align with us as the owners when there were requirements from a pet perspective. The tenant signed and we were likely days away from them moving in when we realised they had an alsation (which is not allowed). Her response.... "they thought" based on looking at the other pets. They did manage to secure new tenants which have recently left... and they also left our unit so dirty... chop bones in the garden and hair. I requested for Sara and Yulisha to confirm bank details for the deposit and have been flat out ignored. Pretty much we've got your money so no care or after "sales" service
