I would like to tell you that i have NEVER in my life been so badly treated by your staff like tonight. I waited in the line after i showed them i booked and paid yet they still let cash sales in infront off me. Every time i tried to talk to them people swore at me saying i jumped the line and they just looked. There were more then 50 people that left because of the bookings that was not planned properly. They then told me i must not worry we will defnitely go on the boat. Another two groups of 18 people came after me went on the boat and the staff said sorry they jumped the line there is nothing they can do about it i must email and ask for a refund. I think its disgusting! Driving there all the way from Somerset West and this for nothing. Very badly organised! I even tried to speak to the captain to explain we are from Jhb and have limited time here but he was only worried about overloading and his license.
