Refund

I booked with Mirage on the 14th of December 2024 for the 1st of January 2025, they canceled and I was given an option to refund, since the 30th of December I was told that I will get my refund even today no refund now I have to beg them with my money and they are now ignoring my emails. Do not book with them online and what pains me is that I was not booking for myself only the person I was booking for is on my case they want their money.
