Poor service delivery

We booked a sunset cruise on the 14th of February 2026 we were told on arrival that the session has been cancelled due to technical issues with the catamaran, and that we would be refunded immediately, the next day we received an email that the refund can take up to 30 buisness days. After the 30 business day we are being taken pillar to post without a definite answer regarding our refund
