Don't book events with Mirage Sunset Charters

I booked a sunset cruise for a 50th birthday celebration on a Saturday evening in December, a month in advance, through their online booking system—this was after being informed via email that this was the only way to book in advance. However, about two weeks before the event, I received an automated email informing me that the booking was canceled and rescheduled for the following day. This change was completely impractical and left me in a difficult position.

When I addressed the issue, the business blamed their booking system and pointed to their terms and conditions, which allow for rescheduling. I was also informed that there would be no cruise on the original date because of a private function they were hosting. After speaking to 3 people and the third person just hung up on me.

Be cautious about booking any parties or events with this company. They appear to prioritize their own interests over honoring commitments, leaving you to deal with the consequences of their poor booking management.
