Worst service ever!!!

I had a new pool installed with Miracle Pools in December 2014. Three months later the pool dropped to the one side which left the pool uneven. Tinka said that she will come out to rectify the problem. It is now 8 months later and she hasn't even been to the property yet. I contact Tinka a month ago about the pool's timer switch that is not working. She said that she will send someone to replace the switch. Again, a month later and nothing has happened yet. When I contacted her to find out what was going on she had the worst attitude! She told me that there isn't anything she's going to do about it now and that I can do whatever I want. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They don't give a damn about their customers. As soon as they have your money you'll never see them again. Beware!!!! Rather use someone reputable and most of all reliable.
