Terrible service and workmanship. They'll also ********* you for extra money

<p>We had our pool renovated by Miracle Pools. They came and did the job with seemingly no hassle until I filled the pool up. The pool level started dropping. So I called Tinka to tell her about the problem. She told me there was nothing they could do until the pool level stopped dropping. She came to sort the problem out. When I confronted her about all the spots that were still hollow, she gave me a story about how it isn't a problem and that there is nothing wrong. After speaking with several pool experts I was told that there should never be a hollow sound and that if there was, it would only be a matter of time until I'd need to revamp the pool again. </p> <p> </p> <p>So I confronted Tinka. She eventually gave in, after shouting at me. So she cut the part out and only once there was a hole in the pool did she come to me and say that I needed to pay her an extra R1000 otherwise she would leave the hole there and I would have to sort it out myself. </p> <p> </p> <p>So I paid her. She told me that I had to pay her because it was unnecessary and that the pool was leaking because of the pipes (which would cost an extra R2500 to fix).</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway, after all of this, and not fixing the supposedly broken pipes, I filled the pool up again and Hey presto, the leak was gone! So I can conclude with the following:</p> <p>1. Tinka just wanted more money to fix something that wasn't broken</p> <p>2. She did a bad job in the first place and tried to make out as if it was something else that was wrong, other than her workmanship.</p> <p>3. This is a fly by night operation that will disappoint you and will potentially cost you more than the original quote.</p> <p>4. Be careful with these people, rather use someone else.</p>
