Deceiving, dishonest, bad service and workmanship

We contracted Tinka to renovate our swimming pool. Looong storey short: she was operating under the name Townhouse Pools, and was not qualified to do fibre glass linings (as became obvious after our conversations). She did not want to repay my money after I got hold of the actual Townhouse Pools personnel and insisted that a competent person perform the work. Less than two years later and the paving she has done around my pool needs to be replaced!! (Wish I could upload a photo) Please save yourself a lot of frustration, and rather deal with honest, competent providers. I got my money back but only after taking her to the NCC. Just don't do it!!
