Still no refund received!

I have purchased a product for R670.00 but when the transaction reflected, they took R3087.00!!! I have spoken to 2 agents and received an email stating that they have "voided" my account, but a week later there is no refund. They just ignore my numerous emails regarding a refund. Is this a ****???
