Keto - unauthorized debits

BEWARE -Miracle Keto Pills South Africa. 505 Bree Castle House, 68 Bree Street, Cape Town, 8001 Ordered 1 bottle at a special rate of R100. A fed days later a debit of R1099 was claimed against my acc. This company claims you should have let them know within 30 day if you liked or disliked the product - if you don't they assume you liked the product and then debit your for another massive order!!! I mentioned to them I never received any documentation with the order. Where was this notice about the 30day notification? I was told at the bottom of the order - T&C's!!!!!! (the fine print I guess!} The Bank says they cant refund you the company must refund. The company not interested to refund.
