Terrible service from Miphones.co.za

I ordered a phone on the 8th of August which they say if they don't have local stock it should be delivered with 7 to 12 working days. It's been 22 days but i haven't received my Order that i paid for fully. The worst thing is that they have no Phone number to contact them, the Emails i have sent have just gotten a bear with us we are working to deliver as soon as possible. They claim on their site that if your order is delayed they will call you to give an update but i have not received any call whatsoever.
