Terrible online store! Stay Away

Useless online store! I placed an order for a device on the 15 July 2020. My order has not yet been shipped even though i was promised 7-10 working days delivery. Customer support have not been of any help. They ignored my emails until I emailed 4 different email addresses. I'm so fed now, I've demanded a refund and of course they are back to ignoring me.

If anyone knows how to get a refund from the store or experienced similar issues, please help me out.
