Spare Yourself The Frustration!!!

Ordered two phones from Miphones 1. Poco X3 and Redmi Note 9s from them for a sum of R 9,725.00 on the 30th of September. Up to date I haven't received my order, I have tried countless times to contact Diana who is the Operate of the business to no avail, she ignores my what's App messages. One time I phoned her from a different number she miraculously answered my call and promised to refund me accordingly that was about a month ago , but I haven't seen or received any message or email confirming that process, like always whenever I call or email no replies. Im so frustrated with the experience. Miphones or Diana do the right thing and refund me please. These lack of communication and lies it's so disrespectful!
