**** SITE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! THE POSITIVE REVIEWS YOU READ ARE ****!

I have officially had the worse online experience of my life with this **** company. Purchased a POCO x3 in September 2020 and waited the 10 days the website advises for shipping. after two weeks I emailed asking where the phone was and was told it is delayed and will be arriving next week. I waited the extra week and again no phone arrived. I send another email asking where the phone was and they said they would push the order and it will arrive next week latest. again that week went by and the phone still did not arrive at this point I requested them to cancel my order and refund me for the device. all of a sudden emails stopped being rep**** to and for the last 8 weeks I have not had any of my emails rep**** to, they will not refund the money, the phone still has not arrived 3 months later and they do not reply to emails. **** SITE!! I have reported them to the consumer goods and services ombudsman, still waiting for a verdict here. I have also been in communication with PayFast to assist with the matter. Wow, what a horrible experience this has been. The only reason I took the time to write this review is so that now one else orders from this company and has to go this the **** that myself and many others have experienced dealing with this **** company.
