**********!!! Dont be deceived by this 'so-called' business

**********, do not be deceived my this company.

I dont like writing negative reviews. I am pragmatic, and believe everybody deserves a second chance. but I owe it to my community to warn about this company I payed for a phone when they still used www.mifix.co.za a few weeks back. the website went down, without any explanation. fine, I will wait for a few days for this to get resolved. about a week later, Miphones.co.za shows up on search results.

I contact support and ask about the status of my order. I get an email back saying that they will get back to me (this was 2 weeks ago). they have not responded to any of my emails and have not answered my calls.

MAYBE I am over-reacting. MAYBE my phone will arrive sometime next year. Fact is, I don't know, nobody is telling me anything!!! or maybe this is the fanciest **** that deceived even people like me

The best part is that these people shamelessly advertise themselves on FB

*edit, those defending them my saying it's small business problems can get stuffed. I also work at a small business, and we are rated as among the best in the country. this is just unprofessionsal
