No phone delivery or communication

I placed an order on the 18th December 2020 for a shark phone (R13000). I have not received any communication other than one email stating there were delays, it was a mass email that went out. It now looks like the domain is gone. I think they have run off with everyones money. I have requested a refund from payfast.
