miphones.co.za is not to be trusted

Please do yourself a huge solid and by all means avoid miphones.co.za After waiting 3 weeks for a device that was promised to be delivered in 12 business days, I’m still empty handed. They would reply to my emails to give me the usual “sorry for the inconvenience” B/S but since I started asking for my money back the replies have completely stopped. I have to send them emails daily asking when I’ll get the money but guess what, I they haven’t rep**** to a single one of those messages. I’m sharing this so that everyone else doesn’t have to go through a similar mess. Will I ever get my money back? Maybe if I take the legal route via the consumer protection ombud. Beware of miphones.co.za
