Miphones bad service experience/non-delivery of item
I ordered a RedmiNote 8T with airdots included on 10 February 2020. Late delivery took place on 16 May 2020, but without the airdots. I paid a premium compared to other sites for a white colour and the airdots included. As of writing this review, the airdots still have not been delivered after many promises. I cannot recommend this business with this level of service. I would be open to reconsider if steps are taken to rectify.

31 Aug 2020, 12:17The airdots were finally delivered on 29 Aug. I do believe that the supply lines are difficult at the moment for the company. Most of the time, the company responded and kept me informed, but I was concerned with the long delay in response with my last email. I appreciate that the company did eventually deliver.
