Lip Service Experts

Ordered a phone online and paid for it on 26 August 2020. The website promises delivery on imported orders in 7-12 days. It is now the 06 October and still no phone. When you do get a response to complaints lodged it is merely lip service with a promise of delivery the following week and this cycle repeats itself week after week.
