I Purchased a MiBand 4, from website promise to Deliver 7-10 working days. The experience I have had has been the same as many others.

My purchase was made on the 15 November 2020, we are now on the 3 December. There has been no communication, I submitted two support call with my tracking number. There was no response.

I went through the website to look for contact number, found nothing.

Today 03 December I called PayFast (MiPhones is Merchant) and said I would like to make a formal complaint about their merchant MiPhones.co.za. When I spoke to the operate, she called the Merchant. The Merchant said they would would get back to me at the end of the working day. The Merchant (MiPhones.co.za) never came back to me. I have emailed, PayFast with informing them that MiPhones.co.za never came back to me.
