Xiaomi ****** /Diana

Wrote a review on miphones site concerning the bad service received after purchasing the redmi note 8T, the review was not posted immediately like with other site but an email was sent saying to confirm that I'm a real user, when I went to check for my review it was not there instead they changed it and put 5stars with no comment which is the total opposite of what my review entailed. Xiaomi needs to learn customer service and respect people's hard earned cash, as I ordered my device which included the standard and airdots in jan 2020 and my order was only delivered May 2020 after sending several emails to the so called manager 'Diana'. After receiving my order, I opened it and notified her on whatsapp and emailed that the airdots were not included of which they didnt notify me of this beforehand. Her reply was that there was no stock and that they would deliver it to me. My question being, how will they know they'll have to deliver airdots to thousands if not millions of people like me if after delivery my order was stated as complete in their system. Because of this, I have rarely used my device, making use of my old Samsung still on a full time basis as the excitement I had when placing my order in January is gone. It was my 1st time buying a phone online and this brand of phone and I did not expect this kinda service. Thus the saying, "rather the devil you know than the one you do not". This company still has alot to learn about running a business, word of mouth is an important tool in ensuring your business grows. Personally, I wouldn't recommend anyone to follow my footsteps and if it were possible I wouldn't even rate a single star for these ******.
