Worst service, possibly a ****. Avoid at all Costs.

Ordered a phone on the 5th of January. Made inquiries as to delivery date as it was urgent and was told that it would take 7 to 14 working days. After waiting the required maximum 14 days, the phone had still not been delivered. Enquiries that followed where either ignored or the occasional excuse. Atrocious customer service. After a month of runaround, I had to buy another phone for my son in matric. Requested a refund and was told that it was no problem. Another month of excuses and deadlines not met has left me with the impression that this is a **** company. Do not utilize this company, its either a **** or the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Legal action seems to be the only route.
