Very bad service

A ****! Ordered and paid for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 on 15 December 2021. I received the confirmation of the order on the same day. I sent numerous mails to both e-mail addresses info@miphones and help@miphones to find out what is taking so long but no responses. I asked for a refund - they did reply on 11/02/2022 stating that they are not sure why the issue was not resolved. To date I still have not had my money refunded .
