Pathetic service Miphones

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Placed an order on 6th January 2021 for note 9s. My money was take immediately but up till today I have received no communication with regards to delivery, even after sending numerous emails and whatsapp messages. I would rather spend extra for reliability. This definitely feels like a ****. And of course MiPhones never responds to negative comments. I would like to advise all those looking to buy from MiPhones to stay away unless you have money to throw away. Disgusted and disappointed, I want a refund but no response from them.
