Pathetic. **********. Stay away.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Placed an order on 2 November 2020 for 2x Mi10. Delivery was promised by Diana on 2 December. The story keeps changing every week. Poor communication and multiple lies later I still do not have my products. I would rather spend extra for reliability. This definitely feels like a ****. And of course MiPhones never responds to negative comments. I would like to advise all those looking to buy from MiPhones to stay away unless you have money to throw away. Disgusted and disappointed

23 Dec 2020, 12:34We are going through a world wide pandemic. Unfortunately this is making import extremely difficult. We are trying our best but there are huge delays with flight and Customs . We can provide you with a refund or deliver goods as soon as they clear customs. Once again my sincere apologies.
