Non Existent service and lies all round

If I could give a lower rating I would. I previously bought a phone from them and it took forever, but at least that time I had communication. This time round my wife ordered two phones last year and the comms are non existent. Absolutely shocking service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Been promised a refund and still waiting. Just not acceptable.
