what seems to be the only company that imports these phones has taken a huge Dive. ordered 2 watches with no issue. then ordered a mi Max 3, in June 2018, 5 weeks later it arrives with a damaged / Loose Camera, then i returned to get a replacement one another 5 weeks later, of which the volume button was damaged and bent inwards, then returned that one for a 3rd one to have a WIFI issue.

only in December 6 months later did u get a partial Refund. i do wish this company did not sell defected goods.
