MiPhones has bad service and it doesn't ship or communicate in the time frames mentioned.

Ordered a "import" device of the 17th of November and still haven't received any information about shipping. The person who assisted during the purchase is not responding to emails an time is moving. I want a full refund so i can import the phone myself, it's not that difficult. Refund me my full amount
