MI Phones

I bought a phone (and paid for it) in February from MI Phones. Due to lockdown they couldn't deliver. (Although I ordered before lockdown.) I asked for a refund after 5 months of not receiving my phone. It has been more than 2 months now and I've still not received my refund. All my queries are met with excuses and no results. DO NOT trust this company. They are **********.
