Long time coming, but worth the wait.

I ordered a mi max 3 on 23 Feb 2020. I finally got it 20 Mar 2020. I think the major delay was mostly due to the lock down caused by the corona virus,so I will only take one star off for that. Communication was limited, mostly one way, me complaining that it was taking longer than 12 days as per website statement) but I did get a call to placate me. That is a plus. There is a tracking website, which showed movement from the factory/shipper, then nothing for 3 weeks, and then a flurry of movement once it landed in ZA) Again, blame probably lays with corona. Once it got to ZA, then things moved quickly, and from Durbs to CPT, 3 days, so quite satisfied with that part. The phone came with a flat pins plug(us?). Luckily I had an adapter, and it charged up fine. High quality product, I don't regret ordering. Apart from grinding my teeth down wondering what was happening due to the delay, it all worked as advertised.
