********** company does not deliver products
Ordered a phone and still haven't received the product, over 2 months later. They kept telling me the orders are taking long because of the corona crisis. This is a lie since takealot delivered the unit within 2 days. They sporadically reply to emails and offered a refund. This was 1 week ago. I haven't heard from them since even after emailing several times. Please stay very far away from them. I will seek legal council to recoup my money.

MiPhones can not be reated as a ********** company if we have refunded your order we could not deliver to a World crisis.

29 Oct 2020, 15:46It's not that, but you failed to respond in a timely manner. Just look at your average response time on HelloPeter. Currently sitting at 1453.97 hours. That equates to 2 months so your customers will be forgiven for thinking that you kept the money and ran off.
All we're asking for is that you keep your customers in the loop and respond to queries sooner.
