False Advertising / POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased a Note7 from miphones.co.za website says phones are local s/a stock or from authorized partners have a fault send the phone to M.I Africa ( Only authorized repairer in South Africa ) they want P.O.P they tell me they cant repair the unit as it is not "Local S/A stock) however they would have replaced or refunded me as the unit is faulty... Miphones.co.za comes with a different story they take the unit only to say its a simple fix... get the unit back guess what SAME DAMN PROBLEM this is a complete waste of time and money....
