Bad service from MiPhones

Ordered a phone from MiPhones on 19 Sep with the expectation that I would receive it in 7-10 business days (as is stated on their own web site). On 21 Oct I asked for a refund, to which MiPhones agreed, but by 3 Nov I had still not been refunded and decided I needed assistance. I contacted PayFast and on 13 Nov I was refunded.
