Angry customer @ miphones.co.za

I recently ordered a phone on miphones.co.za on the 27th of Feb 2020,then my aramex tracking info showed mi that the phone was delivered on 17th of March 2020 to Diana who is the operator for the company, then i phoned her immediately but she never answer my call i then try with another number n she picked up the phone, when i ask her regarding the phone she says it will be delivered the next morning. ..up until today i haven't received it she always comes with different issues almost every time i call her, telling me that the phone hasn't arrived yet its still in joburg, corona virus is distracting their business, the email notifications for delivery are false etc....m sick n tired of this lady i really dont know what to do she has played mi more than enough. ..i even ask for the refund but nothing happened. ..I am only looking for their address now coz m also around here in Durban
