A total **** of a company

A total ****. I bought a fancier model phone and since it was in stock (according to the website) I thought the delivery wouldn't take very long but after 14days of waiting, they told me they were having supply problems but didn't address the fact that they **** about the product being in stock. The last official correspondence from them (from a person) was in early March.

They took my money, promised me something and ran away. They are completely uncontactable and all I end up talking to is a chat bot but yet my money is gone. Not only do they lie on their website that phones are in stock but the whole 7 to 14-day delivery is a fallacy. Why do they not have transparency instead they leave the customer in a very bad situation? If I could I would give them no stars. Total disgrace of a company and giving Xiaomi a bad name
