Heated vest not received

On November 9th I ordered a heated vest. It is now 12-21-2019, the track number says unknown the email address for them doesn’t work & they have our money but we have no vest or communication. This was a Christmas gift & I don’t even know if I’m getting it at all. Please would someone let us know what is going on!!! Thank you ***
