Mi office Westdene - Bad service and ***** money!

People beware, this place ***** your money. I went there to have 4 copies made, 2 of these I had to send a e-mail first. For some reason my e-mails did not want to work, so I asked the lady if I could transfer the file from my phone to her pc by wire. She instructed me to a pc and said I must do it there. I sat there and asked for her assistance because I did not know how to do it, but she looked at me and walked away and refused to help me. I switched my phone off and restarted it and got my e-mails right again all by myself. I did not even touch their computer and they charged me for it! They did not even wanted to help me when I asked them! Very unprofessional and **********, stay away!
