Minxon Projects unable to delivery after being paid.

This again lies from the client. The client was quoted 30 Oct 2020. Their money was only ready in May 2021. We are now in July 2021 which is only 2 months ago. In the meanwhile our staff members had Covid or came into contact with Covid. She had no sympathy. The mud throwing started with her with Hello Peter. If Hello Peter need the documents to proof what I am saying I can provide it. We only had a garage to build. Currently we did groundworks around the garage and also put a roof up next to the garage, not even building specs on the plan, but the work started or is nearly finish. The same with the vibracate wall that was taken down for them, and then negotiated to use the product if usable in the existing wall that needed to be lifted, and suddenly the used product can not be used again but now belongs to the brother. There is over R16 000.00 on the accepted 2 quotations outstanding as well as over R20 000.00 on the extra work. We tried to accommodate this client without success. Our people refused to work with her or on her property again. We surely have the right to defend ourselves. They scared of a young junior foreman who is now currently so emotionally scarred he decided that this is not a nice work to be in where customers can say and do as they please. The client can really find another contractor to work for them. Although clients come first always we do not have to tolerate this behaviour or ******. Minxon

Further more to reply to the clients accusations. The client did invite me but I have been very sick and neede oxygen the afternoon. I however send my daughter a new sub contrctor as well as my husband who did have a meeting with the clients the Saturday at 1 in the afternoon. Then the sub contractor also saw with his own eyes that there was work done that was not spesified on the plan. The brick work and plaster and 13m firewall was build for the client as well as the ramp and paving. 46 holes were drilled for the boundary walls. If you take the building costs today of R10 000.00 to R15 000.00 you can see that the quote for the client has been reasonable at less than R3 000.00 per square meter. The client is unreasonable.  We have bend over to entertain her but now it has to come to a end. Minxon

As you can see this client is acting with revenge and although we tried to settle the matter she also contacted everybody she knew as well as our advertising agency trying to slander our business name. I am not going to entertain her any further every Friday where she also wished upon somebody in the office to loose everything and now trying to bring God in to the matter where she did not act like a christian whilst we were working there. I am glad she found another contractor. Good luck to him as she wants everything below cost or else thinks you can build a single garage with 3 doors and all the extra work for R122 000.00.
