Neo the non deliverer

So a while ago i dealt with Neo Mo***eng at Minutewire. I paid for polyester shirts, R800. But never got it. He made it sound so legit with the invoice he sent, he even let me know that the courier picked up my parcel etc. But they never did. As a patient person I am, i let him know daily just before or after 5pm that my parcel hasn't arrived yet. But he never read my messages after the 1st i let him know my stuff didn't arrive. I ignored my calls, my WhatsApp messages and my messenger messages on FB. That's when i realized he took me for a ride.
