Will never refer clients or ever use them again - Worst service ever!!!!

Worst service ever received, no proper communication, no customer service s****s, Nobuhle sent an email stating that I would received my item on Monday, I handed her my request on a Thursday afternoon, the Friday she mailed me saying that Monday my item would be ready. I went on Monday afternoon at 4pm and my item wasn't in the store, they apparently use a 3rd party, which means the price will be inflated. I had to call this morning (Tuesday) to find out if my item is ready, apparently it is still not ready as it is still drying. I am appalled at the service delivery, will never refer or ever use them again.
