Shocking treatment of a regular clients order

Shocking treatment of a regular clients order. For 5 times I've ordered labels. Service levels delivered always same day or by the next morning. So of course I expected the same level of service, except this time they are too "busy" to process and reprint my 200 labels, so I must PAY to speed up my order. This basically amounts to ******ion, just to get the same level of service I've received numerous times before. Absolutely disgusting
