Offended Potential Client
My company requires high quality printing with a good turn over time and we have found that Minuteman Press is usually a wonderful franchise to offer this service. We have recently been looking for a printer to use in JHB and decided to ask Minuteman Press Randburg to do some samples for us. Firstly I could not send the files via email as they were large so I took the time and effort to upload them onto the website. I received an email from the owner a day later asking about what we prioritize when it comes to speed, quality and price - he also promised to call me. I responded with my honest answer - we prioritize quality, speed and then price. I received no response to my email and I decided to call to follow up - I was told that Minuteman Press Randburg refuses to accept my company as a client - no reason given. I pressured him for a reason and was then told that he 'assumes' that my company are after high pressured speed printing at low costs ( I did not imply this in my mails). If you are going to decline a client you need to at least do it in a respectable manner. Email the client back and call them to apologise with a valid reason. I am HUGELY offended and shocked.
